DV requires a qualifying current or former relationship between the victim and perpetrator; general male violence statistics don’t establish DV. And female-perpetrated IPV is well documented, including in lesbian relationships.

So provide the dataset showing 96% of DV perpetrators are men. Otherwise, 96% is an assertion, not a statistic.
