A young man working at Nirvasa Telecom Pvt. Ltd. in Moti Nagar, Delhi, says he was offered a monthly salary of ₹13,000.

However, after completing one month of work, only ₹3,800 was credited to his bank account.

When he approached his manager and the HR department for an explanation, he says no one gave him a clear answer.

As he started recording a video to document the situation, a woman objected and said, "I am a lady, how can you make my video?"

The worker is now asking a simple question: if his salary was reduced, why wasn't he given a proper explanation?

If any company is paying employees below the legal minimum wage or withholding wages without a valid reason, the matter should be investigated by the concerned authorities and appropriate action should be taken.
