Diastolic MR in a patient just having a TAVR. Normal PR and QRSd, no AR and therefore diastolic MR because of high LV filling pressure. Probably, because of CW Doppler, the A inflow is (also) captured more apically; PW Doppler could have tested this hypothesis.
What is CW signal under the A-wave? My echo fellow asked me: “Can you have forward and retrograde flow at the same time?” What would be your answer to this question?
