The @HouseofCommons has just voted to proscribe Palestine Action under the Terrorism Act.

This group has crossed every red line: attacking factories, threatening staff - and earlier this year, vandalising a Jewish-owned business with zero ties to Israel, then proudly bragging about it on their social media. More recently, of course, they broke into RAF Brize Norton and vandalised British military planes.

This goes beyond mere protest. They stand against everything the UK represents.

They are a terrorist group and should be proscribed as such.

Today Ohad Ben Ami, a hostage who was released in February after 491 horrifying days in Hamas's captivity, testified before the Knesset about the severe conditions he endured.

He described in harrowing detail being forced with five other hostages to choose three that would be killed, before instead being told to denounce Israel's government.

Ohad endured unimaginable treatment 30 metres underground, where he was subjected to psychological abuse and trauma.

He also revealed that captors fed him falsehoods that the Israeli government had abandoned them.

This is how barbaric Hamas terrorists treat our hostages. Israel will not rest until each one of them is returned home.
