Had a lovely walk at #RSPBArne a couple of days ago. Lots of fab wildlife spotted including marbled white, sika deer, Dartford Warblers & more 🦋🐛🐜🐝. Junior Ranger #1 was also inspired to do his take on a @BBCSpringwatch intro - @ChrisGPackham he might be after your job 😉

Very disappointed to see @Morrisons #HuntersTryst cutting back trees & shrubs today. No apparent consideration or checks for nesting birds. Suggest you update you and your contractor's awareness of the relevant #wildlife legislation.

Had a wee trip down to Yetholm Loch today hoping to catch up with the drake smew. Not only was he showing nicely, but there was also a redhead smew, woodcock, whooper swans, & a bonus pair of pintails. Nice!

Bats are awesome but aren't always the most welcome houseguests. Last year the @NatureScot #BatsInHouses team answered more than 450 enquiries and saved more than 50 roosts from exclusion. Gutted this amazing service is falling victim to the budget cuts axe.
