I received a phne call wherein d caller stated dat arrangements were being made 2 dispatch d local team 2 the complainant’s place. However, despite the assurance, no such team has visited the place so far, rendering the assurance futile and the grievance unresolve. @VivekRaina_1

जब मेरी शिकायत महीनों से लंबित है, तो अब DM में क्या नया कर लोगे? अगर वास्तव में ग्राहकों की चिंता होती, तो अब तक समाधान हो चुका होता—सिर्फ औपचारिक जवाब नहीं।
