@virginmedia I’m moving overseas. When I took out your contract I had no intentions of moving overseas. Circumstances change. I got in touch to transfer my service to the new country - this isn’t available. You told me my only option was to pay an early termination fee of £987!

@virginmedia I find it mind blowing that I’m shifting my whole life overseas and the most difficult supplier I deal with is a company that provides WiFi to my home. Would it not make sense to work a solution to support me, so when I return to the UK I think ‘oh VM we’re great, I use them’
