Effective today, April 1st 2020, the Baxter playgrounds and tennis courts will be closed for the next 15 days, per Governor McMaster's order issued March 31, 2020.
Get ready for the Spring Fling, Baxter! Saturday Market Street will be filled with vendors and the annual St. Patty's Parade! Come check it out from 2-6. Rain date will be Sunday the 15th.
Shady Grove Playground is closed for drainage repairs. We anticipate that it will remain closed for 7-10 days, depending on weather. Updates for anticipated reopening will follow.
We are in the final stages for collecting bids for the drainage issue in Shady Grove Playground. We are hopeful to implement a permanent solution in the near future. More information to come in the coming days. In the meantime please be cautious when walking around the site.
Morris Hunt neighbors- the county is hoping to have your water turned back on by Noon. They advised to flush your lines for a couple minutes when it's back on.
Holiday Carriage Rides are this Friday, December 20th, rescheduled due to poor weather last week. Free rides, departing in front of Lucky Duck at Springmaid Park, 5:30-8:00. Thank you to Epps Ortho for sponsoring this wonderful tradtion!
Reminder- there is a dumpster in the Community Center parking lot designated for your leaf disposal. Baxter HOA does not do a street side leaf collection. Please bag and dispose of your leaves at the dumpster.
The dumpster for leaf disposal has arrived! Community Center pool parking lot. The dumpster is for leaves and small yard clippings ONLY. Do not throw trash or anything else other than leaves and yard waste in the dumpster.
