The Negros 14 massacre occurred four years ago today on March 30, 2019 where 14 farmers from the towns of Manjuyod, Sta. Catalina, and Canlaon City, Negros Oriental were murdered by state forces under the SEMPO 2 of the counterinsurgency program Oplan Sauron.
