CAD 22-0079 PD Vito was called in to assist @kentpolicecbury and @BayCoastguard with a search for a high risk missing person. Working together Vito managed to locate the person in a nature reserve and they were taken to hospital for treatment #TeamWork#NotJustCrime AC

**Call out 26/10/2019 15:20** HM Coastguard Herne Bay were tasked by Dover CGOC to meet and greet whitstable lifeboat at Herne bay for a vessel without safety equipment on board. Please see our Facebook page for full details. In a costal emergency dial 999 for the coastguard.
**Call out 11/10/2019 13:41** Whilst out on local patrol HM Coastguard Herne Bay were tasked by Dover CGOC to object in the water at Viking Bay.
Once on scene a search was carried out and with nothing found we were stood down and returned to station.
Exceptional high tides and very strong winds are forecast for the whole of the weekend. Please take care around the coast. No photograph is worth loosing a life for.
Team training this week was ‘Local Knowledge of Buoys, Beacons and Cardinal Markers’. Great clear night for identifying all of these.
