@JagexSupport Sorry, but that doesn't answer my question. If I'm having to wait 8 days for each response, this may take a while to get my account back? In the response I mentioned, I don't want to link my account to a Jagex account for you to unfreeze the payments.

@JagexSupport You've responded to my ticket via email 8 days later, and I've replied back. However, it's been a few days, and still no reply. Is the wait time for an email response the same? :o I've had no access to my account now for 10 days 😢
