ROBLOX IS STILL TRYING TO SILENCE ABUSE SURVIVORS

An article from @business just exposed what Roblox is doing to the families of kids who were groomed and abused by predators.

Hundreds of families are suing and Roblox is trying to force every single case into secret arbitration where cases get decided behind closed doors by someone Roblox chooses and everything stays under wraps. No jury. No public record. Roblox literally calls forced arbitration "consumer friendly" in court filings while trying to rob the ability of victims going forward with their child abuse testimony.

Even Facebook and Snap chose NOT to enforce their arbitration clauses. Roblox is appealing every ruling that lets these families into court.

Did you know there was a ROBLOX Beta in 2005?

When I joined in August 2007 I would hear rumors about people joining in 2005 but would dismiss them.. It turns out they were RIGHT..

The "Online Building Toy" was the slogan during ROBLOX Beta

"Elvisarea51" is one of the users included in this 2005 screenshot under the "Top ROBLOX Points Holders" category, and has a user Id of 50

Users who participated in Beta did not get their original join date and must have had to remake their accounts during the official February 2006 release.

Some of the other users in the list are hard to find or deleted. I discovered that the "phillip" account has a 2007 join date which means he may not be the same user..

Roblox has changed a lot over the past 20+ years.. do any OGs recognize these 2012 screenshots I added?
