@XfinitySupport paying for 1gig speeds that’s supposed to support competitive gaming and multiple streams, but I can’t even watch a show on Hulu is crazy
@UPS you guys claim my address to be incorrect, but every single other delivery service has had no issue. I can’t call because your crappy AI system tells me to contact Amazon. Amazon isn’t having issues. Neither is FedEx or USPS. How can i talk to a human?!?!
@ATTHelp 30+ minutes waiting for someone to get authorization to apply an overpayment from my cancelled internet service to the bill of my existing service is unbelievable. Was my credit just supposed to sit on account with the hopes I restored the service again?
@USPSHelp I did an online address change, a lock change request for my new address with mail hold form, and the green new resident card.
I am STILL getting mail for other people, and you are failing to deliver MY mail. I see it informed delivery, but it’s never given to me.
@USPSHelp you guys are sending my package every which way around Houston, but to my house. Why would it leave the destination facility to go back to the distribution center?
@ATT i called customer care on august 18 because I had not been receiving cellular service to my Apple Watch despite paying for it. She assured me that a new line wouldn’t be created, but now there is a new wearable line on my account when I don’t have a new wearable
@AmazonHelp Again my issue is regarding the consistent delivery issues. I want an answer about why my membership funds are being taken for subpar service.
@AmazonHelp well it’s been 3 days and I’m already back to ask about how my order is going to deliver today, but is not even out for delivery.
This order is also a replacement for you initially sending the wrong item. Not a wrong size, but a completely incorrect item.
@AmazonHelp Stop playing with me. Someone responded with a BS answer addressing the specific order even though I’m stating over and over that it’s a consistent quality issue. Amazon used to care about their customers. Now they only care about taking our money. Service is ass
@AmazonHelp I did submit the details. Someone responded “late packages are usually delivered shortly after”. That’s does not address the issue that within the last month the majority of my packages are late. The carrier is Amazon. Amazon is taking my money and providing subpar service.
@AmazonHelp@AmazonHelp telling me to fill out a form just to tell me late packages are delivered shortly after does not address my issue.
The issue is that my packages have become consistently late. Amazon is taking my prime membership money, in return for less than prime service.
@AmazonHelp Well Ashley, my order WASN’T delivered. Perhaps it could have been if you all looked into it when I asked. This makes my 8th mishandled order in the last few weeks.
@AmazonHelp I already did. Clearly nothing is being done. This was a new issue subsequent to that complaint. You initially sent the wrong item, and now the replacement can’t even be delivered on time. Amazon doesn’t care. They just keep taking my money for prime membership
@AmazonHelp It actually is common. Many of my orders have not been delivered on time. I want my order today. I need it today. That’s why i ordered it early, but you sent the wrong item originally. I’m reaching out now so that maybe I can finally receive an order on time.
@AmazonHelp why am I paying for a prime membership when 7 of my orders in the last month have either not shipped by the promised delivery dates or have arrived missing pieces?
