BREAKING: The Trump administration is weighing pulling up to 40,000 US troops out of Europe, including air, naval, and ground forces, along with planes, ships and weapons, half of the 80,000-strong US presence and the most significant scaling back since the 1990s, with the cuts set to directly hit Germany, Italy and Spain, per five sources to NBC.

All three host the bulk of US forces in Europe and have clashed with Trump over the Iran war. Just hours ago the US warned allies that weapons they have already bought, including Germany's Tomahawks, will be delayed by up to 5 years because US stocks were exhausted in the Iran war. Europe may now lose the troops too.

The diesel crisis has now reached a new level of catastrophe.

Saudi is no longer selling oil, diesel and gas to Europe.

Instead, they are now trying to buy gas and diesel from Europe and the Mediterranean.

Yemen just bombed the Yanbu Oil Terminal once again.

Ras Tanura is shut down. Jazan is shut down. The East West Pipeline has been destroyed.

Europe themselves are on the verge of a serious diesel crisis.

They will most likely turn down Saudi's request to buy diesel.

Saudi is now launching brutal airstrikes across Yemen.

47 civilians killed.

Ansar Allah has promised devastating retaliation against Saudi energy sites in the next 48 hours.

The situation is going to get even worse for them.

Streets in many countries have started to burn because of diesel shortages.

Riots are becoming more violent in Syria.

France has extended emergency fuel aid for farmers, fishermen and construction workers.

Blood banks, ICU ventilators and ambulances have stopped functioning completely in many hospitals around the world.

Number of deaths among patients is rising drastically.

In India, a hospital in Pune ran out of fuel in the middle of an operation.

The whole world is on the verge of a dangerous collapse.

Saudi under attack.

Yemen has now started bombing the hell out of Saudi again.

9 civilians killed in Taif. Several wounded.

The fresh bombings started right after Pakistan decided to attack Yemen under the Mecca defence agreement.

The deadly diesel crisis will most likely get worse from here.

Iran has also officially announced they will keep the Strait of Hormuz closed until Trump is removed from presidency.

The Pakistani government just announced early shop closures and a 50% cut in fuel allocations for vehicles.

Pakistan has only 22 days left for petrol and 27 days left for diesel.

Joining the war now will most likely be catastrophic for them.

Riots and protests have also broken out in multiple countries.

People are becoming enraged with their governments.

Some fuel stations in Texas, Florida and California are running out of diesel.

Riots are getting out of control in Bolivia, France, Portugal and Guatemala.

Phase 2 will most likely be a devastating food crisis.

This could lead to the deadliest global famine in history.

BREAKING: Saudi Arabia is now directly cancelling crude oil cargoes for European customers after Yemen's Houthis crippled key Saudi oil infrastructures, with late-September shipments cancelled, Reuters reports.

The East-West pipeline remains offline after drone attacks last week, leaving Yanbu with only around 5–7 days of crude stocks to maintain exports. The pipeline had been rerouting roughly 4 million barrels per day — about 4% of global supply — to the Red Sea, bypassing the closed Strait of Hormuz.

That is a serious problem for Europe heading into winter. Hormuz remains disrupted. Houthi attacks are hitting Saudi's Red Sea and land routes. And now Saudi Arabia is telling European buyers that some of their oil simply will not arrive.

If the pipeline stays offline, up to 4% of global oil supply could be at risk.
