Ladybug trotted and cantered today so I guess that means the upped pain meds have been helping 🥹

I know it sounds dramatic, but at the beginning of this week I thought I’d have to put my horse down and now there’s a chance we’ll be able to keep her comfortable for longer 🥹

I didn’t think it was an option to even up her meds any more but I guess he figured it’s worth a shot so I’m gonna cross my fingers that it helps 😭

The vet wants to try to up Ladybug’s pain meds before we make any decisions and honestly I’m glad he said that. It won’t fix her, but if we can keep her comfortable and get some weight on her we should be able to keep her around for longer.

@ClassyEquestria Feet 6-8 weeks, teeth when they need to be done. Sometimes yearly or sometimes every two years depending on what my vet suggests
