IS THUNE THE PROBLEM OR IS THE RINO SENATE THE REAL DISEASE?!
Trump has demanded it publicly, more than once. Terminate the filibuster. Pass the SAVE America Act. Get voter ID and citizenship verification into law before Democrats can steal another election.
Thune's answer has been the same every time. The math isn't there.
Funny how the math is never there for anything MAGA wants, yet somehow the math always works out for judges Bush and Clinton got confirmed by voice vote decades ago.
Here's the truth nobody in Washington wants to say out loud. Thune isn't an accident. He's a McConnell protege who climbed to power the same way McConnell always operated, by protecting the institution instead of the movement that built the majority.
Cornyn was cut from the same cloth. Same instincts. Same reflex to play defense for the swamp instead of offense for the country. Texas voters saw it and ended his career. Paxton beat him by more than twenty points.
But here's the uncomfortable question. If we replace Thune tomorrow, who takes his place? A 53 seat majority still needs 60 votes for most legislation. If the next senators in line are cut from the same establishment cloth as Thune and Cornyn, we haven't fixed anything. We've just changed the face on the podium.
The real fight isn't one man. It's a Senate culture that treats the filibuster like sacred scripture while the country burns. Until primary voters send true America First fighters to Washington in bulk, not just one or two at a time, the swamp will keep finding a new Thune every single time.
Draining the swamp was never a one man job. It's a decade long war, and the RINOs are counting on us getting tired first.
47 years ago this murderous regime in Iran took charge. They vowed Death to America. Their first order of business against the United States was one of the most embarrassing moments for our country. On Nov 4th 1979 the IRGC stormed the U.S. Embassy and took 66 Americans hostage. 52 of those hostages were held for 444 days. That was their opening act. We tried to save the Americans with operation Eagle Claw and list 8 Americans for their brave effort. That ended Jimmy Carter and we all remember Reagan stepping in and saving them all
In April of 1983, Iran backed Jihadists stormed the U.S. Embassy in Beirut, killing 63 people including 17 Americans
October 1983 Iran sent a truck bomb to the Embassy in Beirut and killed 220 marines. The single day biggest loss since WWII
Sept 1984 Iran sent their bitch Hezbollah to bomb the annex Embassy in Beirut killing 16 including 2 Americans. Hezbollah also kidnapped and tortured Americans including killing CIA station chief William Buckley in 85 and later killing US Marine Col William Higgins in 89.
Here was how the 80s went for Iran. Hezbollah hijackings TWA Flight 847 in 1985, killing a U.S. Navy diver; Kuwait Airways Flight 221 in 1984, killing 2 Americans
Enter the 90s. In 96, a truck bomb killed 19 U.S. airmen and injured 500. U.S. courts and intelligence attributed it to Iran backed Saudi Hezbollah with IRGC involvement. Multiple attacks in Israel by Hamas killed or wounded more Americans, including bus bombings and shootings
Enter the 2000s.
The Iraq war. Iran’s Quds Force supplied IEDs & EFOs and training to Shia militias to these efforts. They were responsible for 17% of our dead soldiers
2010 to now. Iran has repeatedly imprisoned Americans on fabricated spying/treason charges as leverage. That included Jason Rezaian, Siamak Namazi held 8 years, Morad Tahbaz, Emad Shargi, Michael White, and others, many released only in prisoner swaps. Former FBI Agent Robert Levinson likely died in Iranian custody and nothing has ever been done about it
January 2020 After the U.S. killing of Quds Force commander Qasem Soleimani, Iran fired ballistic missiles at Ain al-Asad base in Iraq, causing traumatic brain injuries to over 100 U.S. troops.
Ongoing attacks, Iranian backed militias launched 180+ rocket, drone, and missile attacks on U.S. forces in Iraq, Syria, and Jordan, killing at least 3 U.S. soldiers and wounding dozens including a Jan 2024 drone strike in Jordan killing 3
Relentless Iranian Cyberattacks by
Iranian hackers often IRGC affiliated have targeted U.S. banks, our infrastructure and local governments.
Assassination and kidnapping plots on U.S. soil IRGC linked ops have plotted against Americans, including former officials such as the Gorton Fisherman John Bolton, journalist Masih Alinejad and even President Trump. Iran continued harassing U.S. naval ships in the Persian Gulf and supported attacks that indirectly harmed Americans.
These incidents took place under another President. Our responses? Sanctions, slight military actions, threats of war, but the question always remained. Has the United States through their actions, done enough to stop Iran?
The answer is simple. NO! This is who Iran is, not the bullshit the Dems and fake media is selling! These people only know one way of life. Death to America. The only way to stop them from killing us is by killing every last one of them. Trump is the only President with the balls and commonsense to do what was needed. He tried peace and learned you can’t negotiate with terrorists. Destroy that regime before they destroy us. Trump is doing what no other President had the balls to do and they are crucifying him for it. They should be bowing to this man for ending a country who vowed to take us down. Now let’s finish these terrorists once and for all. Eliminate the entire IRGC and replace the entire regime. Send them all to their God. That’s the only way peace will ever have a chance My two cents
Mitch McConnell was already NOT cognitive before that cardiac episode hit.
There is ZERO chance he’s suddenly making lengthy phone calls about politics from his hospital bed.
He couldn’t even talk coherently about Senate business BEFORE he went unconscious and now the entire GOP is out here lying through their teeth claiming he’s “fully engaged” and sharp as ever.
Bullshit.
They’re all covering for him, and I want to know WHY.
Gas prices have been VERY slow to fall despite BIG drops in oil prices. Now that oil is back up a few bucks overnight, I'm sure gas prices will IMMEDIATELY surge a dollar at the pump!
Up fast, down slow.
The ultimate FAFO 🚨
Mark Kelly was just informed that he's under investigation by the Navy, and by the looks of it, he ain't happy.... which makes me happy
Raise your hand ✋️ if you want Mark Kelly stripped of rank and court martialed for Sedition
🇺🇸 🇮🇷 THE BIG QUESTION: SHOULD TRUMP FINALLY HIT IRAN'S INFRASTRUCTURE?
History does not repeat, but it rhymes loud enough to hear.
In 1945, Japan was finished. Its navy was gone. Its cities were burning. Its war machine could not replace what it lost. And still the leadership would not surrender.
Iran today looks eerily familiar. Its radar sites keep getting flattened. Its small boats keep getting sunk. Its missile stockpiles keep getting hit. And still Tehran keeps shooting, mining, and lying its way through every ceasefire it signs.
To be clear, nobody is talking about the weapon that finally ended Japan's war. Trump is not dropping a nuclear bomb on Iran, and nobody serious is suggesting he would. That is not the parallel.
The parallel is the dilemma itself. What do you do with an enemy that is beaten by every rational measure, yet refuses to act like it?
Trump has tried to solve that puzzle the hard way, the careful way. Hit the drone depots. Hit the coastal radar. Leave the power plants standing. Leave the water desalination facilities alone. Spare the bridges and highways ordinary families use every day.
He said it himself. He does not want to punish a population for the sins of a regime they never chose, and he does not want American taxpayers footing the bill to rebuild a country we did not break in the first place.
But restraint only works on an enemy capable of reading the signal. Iran keeps proving it cannot, or will not.
So the real question is not whether Iran is beaten. It clearly is. The real question is what finally convinces a regime that will not admit defeat, without turning millions of ordinary Iranians into collateral damage for their leaders' stubbornness.
That is the needle Trump has to thread. Escalate enough to end this, without becoming the very thing his restraint was designed to avoid.
The world will be watching which targets he chooses next as closely as it watches whether Iran ever really surrenders at all.
BREAKING: MITCH MCCONNELL IS ALIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PEOPLE WHO NEED HIM TO BE!
Funny how this works. For three weeks the Swamp gave us nothing. Silence. A hospital, a wheelchair, and a statement so vague it could describe a houseplant.
Then Laura Loomer says the quiet part out loud and suddenly everybody remembers how to use a phone.
Thune's office now claims he "spoke with Sen. McConnell yesterday by phone" and that they had "a lengthy and substantive conversation that covered a variety of topics, including national security."
Funny how a man who allegedly can barely be photographed is suddenly briefed on national security.
CNN's Scott Jennings jumped in too, saying he told McConnell "we want to see him back at work as soon as possible." Convenient timing for a network that spent four years insisting Biden was sharp as a tack.
Even Mike Lee couldn't keep the story straight. Days after Thune bragged McConnell "sounded good," Lee admitted, "Many of us aren't speaking about Mitch McConnell's condition because we know nothing about his condition."
So which is it. A lengthy substantive call about national security, or total darkness. The Swamp wants both stories to be true at once, like a magician working two hands so you don't watch either one too closely.
Kentucky deserves better than a senator's health being managed like a hostage negotiation. If he is fine, prove it. If he is not, be honest with the people paying his salary.
The GOP leadership is not protecting McConnell right now. They are protecting a Senate seat and a succession plan from a Democrat governor. That is the whole ballgame.
America First means honesty first. Even about your own.
The Obamas need to be told to shut up, and I’m not apologizing for saying it.
I’m sick of hearing them cry about racism, slavery, oppression, and how terrible America supposedly is when they literally lived in the White House for eight years.
They became rich, famous, powerful, and celebrated in the same country they keep complaining about.
America is not perfect, but I’m not buying the victim act from people who reached the highest levels of power in this country.
