The criminal laws should be amended to ensure that the creation/generation of child pornographic imagery, even a deepfakes created through AI, is treated at par with the case of a real child. A very important investigation by @adrijabose @boomlive_in underlines that online platforms including Telegram and Instagram are swamped with child porn videos available for as little as Rs 40.
