@SamNeter My longest is 12 days but that was a one off situation. 3 days is nice, when you get on that 3rd day you might wanna do a next 24, you feel different like there's some switchover point and you have more energy. Light training is cool once used to it I found... LIGHT Sam lol
@THVMOE @SamNeter Wise to work your way up in stages as body adapts. As far as 24 hrs etc I start from 1st waking hr to waking hr next day e.g 8am 1st day - break fast 8am next day or 1pm 1st day-1pm next day etc. Smoothies/juices (not full of sugar) can be good bridges from solid food to fasting
@THVMOE @SamNeter Not hard man, mostly in the mind. My suggestion is not to have anything too physically taxing you need to do on your first time but do stuff or you'll be just there thinking about food lol. Drink plenty water.
@iam_Ayo Ah deffo from my perspective I knew Roc and discovered Willie the Kid through him and others in that lane too. Marcberg especially was a moment for me and he's so prolific but as these things go it's true certain heads often become overlooked WKD for sure
