He mentioned that the first batch of ready-built factories within the industrial park will be available in 2023. This forms part of the township project FLI is developing within #NewClarkCity, which seeks to develop a modern, smart and sustainable metropolis in the Philippines.

'WE ARE READY.' Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI) Senior Vice President Francis Ceballos discussed the readiness of the first phase of the Filinvest Innovation Park in @New Clark City during the recent Singapore Roadshow, themed: The Futurecity of the Philippines.

“Phase 1 (of the Filinvest Innovation Park) is now ready to accept locators looking to construct their own facilities,” he said.

By next year, the first batch of ready-built factories will be available within the industrial park.
