Maybe the people saying married women can’t figure out how to get a birth certificate… are the sexists.

Maybe the people who won’t name a single number they’d cap immigration at… are the extremists.

Maybe the people who claim to trust science… but can’t define what a woman is aren’t following it.

Maybe the people obsessed with “equity” while ignoring merit… are the ones holding people back.

Maybe the people calling everyone else a threat to democracy… are the ones trying to rig it.

Maybe the people who fight for the working class from a private jet… are fighting for something else.

Maybe the people who say they care about the poor… have run every major American city for 50 years and made them ALL worse.

Maybe the people calling for more gun control… travel with armed security paid for by taxpayers.

Maybe the people who demand unity while calling half the country fascists… don’t want unity, but surrender

Maybe it was never about justice, or equity, or tolerance, or democracy.

Maybe was always about power.

And maybe you can tell, because they never stop accusing YOU of exactly what THEY are doing.

The experts love to warn you about carnivore. Apparently it leaves you tired. Six years in, and I have not needed coffee after midday since 2020.

Apparently the motivation goes. Mine stopped dipping, so there is nothing left to override. Training happens because it is Tuesday.

Apparently the skin suffers. Mine cleared up in month three and never went back.

Apparently you are hungry constantly. Hunger turns up twice a day, politely, and leaves when it is fed.

Apparently it takes over your life. It handed back four hours a week. Four minutes in the shop, nine at the pan, nothing to plan in between.

Apparently you think about food all day. I think about it while eating it. That is the whole allocation.

Apparently the mood swings. Mine went flat, the way a good road is flat.

Apparently the sleep suffers. I am out in minutes and up before the alarm.

Apparently you feel deprived. I have not been bloated or stuck to a sofa waiting for a meal to wear off since month two.

Restrictive, they call it.

Four minutes a week in a shop. Funny sort of prison.

This is real courage.

The WNBA — possibly the wokest organization in America — gave Sophie Cunningham a choice: apologize for saying women and girls deserve to be protected in their own locker rooms, or take a 5-game suspension.

She’s choosing the bench.

While the league continues pushing biological males into women’s spaces, Cunningham refuses to bend the knee. She would rather sit out games than betray female athletes and young girls who deserve fairness and safety.

One of the few voices in professional sports still willing to tell the truth.

It's amazing to see how much trash accumulates and how much money is spent on groceries with someone who eats a diet full of all different kinds of foods.

Up until my household went keto/carnivore, our trash bin was full every week.

We spent a lot of money on food.

Then our diet changed.

3 adults in the household and we only made 1-2 trash bags per week.

Our grocery bill dropped to 1/3 of what it used to be.

Moved my daughter home in Jan and we're back to having a full trash can every week.

Back to spending so much money on groceries.

The amount of trash just 1 adult accumulates, and the amount of money spent because of the variety of foods she eats on a daily basis just reminds me of another reason why I don't eat that way.

Carnivore = less money spent & less trash

@wilsonhlthcoach That is so true…. I barely have any trash. Mostly water bottles because I live in Thailand and buy bottles of water to drink…
My meat, cheese and butter come in wrappers that wad up into nothing. Eggs shells are nothing,,
So a few egg cartons, milk cartons and water bottles.

🚨Seven Steps to Election Security

1. Call up the SAVE America Act.

2. Announce that we’ll keep debating it for at least a few weeks, working through weekends and scheduled recess time until it passes.

3. Require filibustering senators to speak, with the understanding that if they fail to do so the rules allow us to “call the question” and pass it at 51.

4. Stick to the plan—especially when it draws complaints from senators and becomes tedious—waiting at least a few weeks before even thinking about filing cloture.

5. This is how the Senate worked before we zombified the filibuster, making it automatic, silent, and free of obligation.

6. Filibuster abuse has become rampant, insurmountable, and even debilitating as we’ve stopped requiring filibustering senators to do *anything* other than oppose cloture—or even simply announce an intent to oppose cloture!

7. Human nature and over two centuries of Senate history tell us that when senators are required to engage in hard work and continual speaking to sustain a filibuster, they tend to wield it more responsibly.
