Today was the highest selling non-Derby game in the Renegades’ history beating the previous record set in BBL07.

We are also likely to see crowds improve in the post-Christmas period as there are no more games at Geelong, one more at Canberra (played last night) and one in Coffs Harbour, with every other game being played at each team’s primary home ground.

Last season’s pre-Christmas average was 17,450 meaning the crowd at Manuka would have to be over 11,140 to beat this, however it is still comfortably bigger than any pre-Christmas period since 2017.

There were 20* fewer games this season, meaning the total attendance decreased from 1,019,892 to 881,701.
