Btw jimins way of breathing air out is the correct way to work out because by letting the air out slowly w pinched lips you hold the tension in your core, so your balance is controlled instead of letting the air all at once and then losing your brace, your core relaxing too quickly instead of keeping it tensed. Its definitely harder to keep your breathing controlled like this but jimin obviously knows how to work out properly
