@HoustonFed I have anxiety from thinking I'll have a hard time pulling one out of the ground and then stepping on top of my other foot. You can probably bet on that on Kalshi.
Almost done with another cedar planter. Wanted a little deeper and taller (30") for the next bush, might only go 2 and a half boards deep next time though.
@MichaelsTailgat I like to run em 275-300, key is to have them cut very thick, the pork takes the heat and builds nice texture. Also direct heat, not offset.
Sous viding some pork chops tonight but in the meantime grilling up Whatever sausage from Stone Cold Mears which is just a random mix of whatever was leftover from the other sausages after grinding and stuffing lol @BBQBryan
Pork steaks seasoned with Jake's Shake and taking a little nap before I fire up the mini Chud Box later.
A little over 9 lbs made five 2lb steaks about 1 3/4" thick and and end piece not pictured that was over a pound.
@geo_b42 That's mine, yeah. Have to be super careful because you can twist your ankle if ground is too hard. 5/8 board with nail heads inset then 1/4 plywood glued and screwed on top. Screws don't work too well as they get clogged, deck nails seem to be working best. Velcro straps next
@HerbieHancock06 Definitely beer AFTER using, I fear stepping on one foot with the other haha.
And Randy instilled the 3-1-2 fertilizer ratio in my head!
