@Espngreeny what's your stance on Salah firing now? I was on board, but clearly he was keeping things SOMEWHAT on track. Now defense is completely unraveled, in-game management is worse than it ever was, new lows every week.
@NYRorBust@JoeFortunatoBSB Maybe true can't recall them all but that was the first one I absolutely knew they were gonna call because it took Martinook off the puck in a critical spot.
@NYRorBust@JoeFortunatoBSB They had to call it. You can argue Lindgren didn't actually trip him but his dive and swipe with the stick in that spot made it a must call. Dust off and get ready for Game 5.
@AlbertBreer Can we also talk about the added regular season game??
The season is too long (even at 16 games tbh - or add another bye), expecting players to hold up for 17 games and maintain excellence of play is insane.
IMO one of the biggest reasons the product is suffering.
@russ_lyman@Connor_J_Hughes And here they are immediately after the pick. One receiver in the end zone, two short of the goal line.
Zero awareness and I'd be willing to bet 99% of tackles on hail mary picks are on contested balls by the wide outs, not 50 yards down field.
@russ_lyman@Connor_J_Hughes Uhh no they weren't.
Here they are about a second before the ball comes down (on the goal line btw).
Nobody lining it up or seemingly aware of where the ball is, not one Jet in the end zone.
One thing is for sure: even WITH Aaron Rodgers' injury the Jets chose correctly this offseason and avoided disaster with Jimmy, Minshew, or worst of all, a long-term Carr contract.
Zack has higher upside and is arguably playing as capably as any of them the last 2-3 weeks...
Highest Turnover per Play % this season among QB
Jimmy Garoppolo 4.5%
Desmond Ridder 4.1%
Gardner Minshew 4.0%
Deshaun Watson 3.7%
Justin Fields 3.4%
Mac Jones 3.4%
