@HartRollins #6776: 1 of 2-And lastly this was a rough semester for me personally since I was in 2 car accidents (not my fault/rear-ended in both). The 2nd one was worse because now I have pain on my right side.

@HartRollins #6776: Since I work with prek students our assessments are very low so I really struggled with the lesson plan parts. I couldn't get instruction out of my head to focus on assessments.

Making special needs students FEEL accepted is no different from how a gen ed student would feel if they were not included in with a group of people for whatever reason such as being new to a school. This reminds me of a quote that I like...#SpEd6776
@SK_Maddox@HartRollins I can recall that being how it looked also when I was in school. Inclusion meant in the same school building, but not interactive collectively. So glad that this is NOT what "inclusion" looks like present-day with special ed and gen ed students!!!#SpEd6776

They not only "push out" for academics, but they also push out for specials (elementary), connections (middle school) and electives (high school) for art, music, band, chorus, drama, home eco, etc. #SpEd6776
