I am sorry that you are frustrated by the IVR. Unfortunately I can only assist with business credit cards. Are you calling Barclaycard business regarding a closed business account, do you mean you no longer have a company?

there are times when this can be longer. For example if you have exceeded the credit limit. I would advise giving customer service a call on 0800 008 008, and they can review payments received on your Business credit card.

Unfortunately, we don't offer cash transfers from your Barclaycard Business card to your bank account.
Whilst payments made to your Business credit card usually take 2 hours to show
