Trade leaders from 27 states came together at the day 2 of National Traders’ Leaders Conclave at Bharat Mandapam and unanimously resolved to take forward PM @NarendraModi ji’s visionary “7 resolutions” for building a stronger, self-reliant and secure India. 🇮🇳

Chaired by CAIT National President Shri @BCBhartia ji, the conclave highlighted the growing role of traders as active partners in nation-building.

The National Strategic Advisor to CAIT and Former Union Minister Smt. @SmritiIrani ji deliberated that the 7 appeals by the Prime Minister are a comprehensive vision for strengthening India economically, socially and culturally, while highlighting the importance of women entrepreneurship in building a developed India.

CAIT National Secretary General and Member of Parliament Shri @PKhandelwal_MP ji stated that the trading community remains fully committed to strengthening an Aatmanirbhar Bharat and building resilient supply chains.

The conclave also reaffirmed the trading community’s commitment towards promoting indigenous growth, economic resilience and the spirit of “India First”.

The CAIT Women Core Committee held a two-day meeting in Nagpur to deliberate on strengthening women entrepreneurship, business networking and leadership in trade.

The meeting also focused on the upcoming Bharatiya Vyapar Mahotsav, to be held from 1–4 May 2026 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, aligned with Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri @NarendraModi ji’s vision of Vocal for Local and Local to Global.

Addressing the gathering, CAIT National President Shri @BCBHARTIA ji emphasised that women-led enterprises are vital for a self-reliant India. CAIT National Secretary General and MP Shri @PKhandelwal_MP highlighted CAIT’s efforts to build a strong national framework enabling women to take leadership roles in trade.

A special session on BVM 2026 outlined dedicated platforms for women entrepreneurs, SHGs and artisans, enabling B2B networking, export linkages and access to finance. The meeting marked an important step towards forming a National Traders Women Committee, reinforcing CAIT’s commitment to inclusive growth under One Nation–One Market.

मैं कल नागपुर में आयोजित कन्फेडरेशन ऑफ ऑल इंडिया ट्रेडर्स (CAIT) की महिला विंग की बैठक में सहभागी रहा। इस अवसर पर राष्ट्रीय सेविका समिति की प्रमुख संचालिका श्रीमती शांता अक्का ताई ने बैठक को संबोधित किया।
