Creating this mentorship program has been an incredible experience! Especially with the help of @nlyons77 @jmaemontgomery @BrittanyhVT3 and Spenser Stone. We hope this program will help the students joining the @vtbiochem program have a great start to their grad school journey!
Last week was the wrap-up of a pilot mentorship program put together by the BcGSA! We want to help our first years with the adjustment to grad school and provide a way for them to have a support system during the transition. (1/3)
