If people pay a company for a service and they don't receive that service, the company is obligated to provide restitution. Other companies may also fail at doing the bare minimum, but you praising Ballys for it is pretty sad.

All week keep saying, "service is out" "now it's fixed" but it's still broken. They aren't "reaching out" to look into complaints, people have been asking for help & Ballys has failed.

Watching live, FF & RW both too fast on lowest setting, zipping through several minutes at a time. Unusable to replay a single play in a game. Plus, it comes out of FF & RW into unskippsble ads. Resume after pause glitches back to start of game.

@ballysportshelp Login may be fixed, but non-live video content isn't available (game replays, recent post-game interviews). Please don't say it's "fixed" if people still can't access content.

@ballysportshelp How quickly are you working if this was a problem 2 days ago and persists today? You declared the problem was fixed, yet it obviously isn't. I don't expect a response explaining, I understand whoever mans the social media account (if it's even a human being) won't have answers.

@Sports_Aaron You suggested the Disney+/Hulu/ESPN+ bundle as the first option as an alternative to the missing channels on Spectrum, but it won't get you most of the ESPN content that airs on its cable channels, or ABC's content, especially live sports.

@McCallOfDuty That's exactly why they're doing it. Disney knows they hold leverage by withholding ESPN & ABC from viewers right as NCAA football starts. But they're both to blame, and consumers are powerless, so we just have to wait until they resolve things.

Probably because every state gets $ for maintenence of existing infrastructure, so when a disaster hits, they don't have funds allocated for it.
