@Kappaemme1926 I noriced that if I create a plan with executables and if I use “goal” the tokens are burning quite fast.
Not sure if using “goal” is the best approach or simply go step by step.
anyone has any idea?
Interesting benchmark and insight that someone might find useful.
I tried to do some comparison ( not extensive obviously ) between Fable 5.1, Opus 5.5. and Sonnet 5.5. specifically around more complex agentic coding tasks.
The interesting part isn't just raw model quality, but the actual cost-to-result ratio.
Fable 5.1 produced a very strong result, but ended up costing almost 2x as much as Opus/Sonnet and also took the longest to complete the task.
Opus 5.5 delivered a similarly polished result at roughly half the cost of Fable, with only minor issues and a shorter execution time.
Sonnet 5.5 is where it gets interesting. Its total cost was only around 4% lower than Opus, and it completed the task only about 7% faster, while the quality of the final result was noticeably weaker.
A cheaper model doesn't necessarily mean a cheaper task.
If the model needs more iterations, makes more mistakes, or spends roughly the same amount of time/tokens solving the problem, the lower token price can quickly become irrelevant.
For more complex coding work, Opus 5.5 seems to hit a very interesting sweet spot right now, close to Sonnet in actual execution cost, but with noticeably better output quality.
Obviously this will vary by task, but I think the better metric for us is probably not cost per token, but cost per successful outcome.
To be honest I expected a bit more from Sonnet 5.5
@StevenCravotta adding keywords in the description won't matter a tiny bit for App Store, however it matters when adding them for the Google Play Store.
@aiwithadb vercel seems the best option but their pricing is off the chart.
if you want something predictable just use vps. obviously, only if you are confident by doing that.
@nikhilx22 resend uses SES.
If you know you way around AWS use SES otherwise go with Resend.
It's pricier but you won't have to do everything by yourself.
