When you hear political voices claim that education is their priority, ask them to summarise how they stood up to prevent against hundreds of millions of pounds being taken away from frontline education over the last ten years.
@StCeciliasDerry Very clearly articulated. I hope those making the decisions (far from the classrooms) are listening and have the courage to act in the interests of pupils, staff and families.
22 months into the pandemic & only now are C02 monitors being provided.
And, yet again, no mention of measures to ensure better ventilation.
Instead, reduction in testing & isolation times are the only main changes.
If you want pupils in school you need to make them safer.
