looking at unreal temperatures for this time of year in India and other places and looking at how dry it has been here (again). Reflecting on how hot it got last June. Wonder what great platitude @bcndp leadership will have to offer up when we get record heat?

@WestcoastBCLife @cbcnewsbc yes. and gaslighting = just a cold/flu/noravirus (heard that multiple times this week - not sure how they know since there are virtually no available medical services in my community), if it is COVID it is mild, we have immunity now for 90 days etc

I stare them down. I don't like how people have given up all efforts of even keeping distance. oh well...$$ in bank

and for the record, I know of several people who died. In heat of heat related stresses. I also know of several people who have died from COVID, including a family member. So colour me unimpressed by all this shit
