When a man speaks assertively, people trust him: he's confident. When a woman does it, men dislike her: she's a bitch.

It’s outrageous that women have to tame their tongues to protect fragile egos.

Don't punish women for challenging stereotypes. Challenge the stereotypes.

As a coach, a mom of a boy who got cut from the baseball team this year, and a sport psychology professor… this resonates.

[The Coaches' Journal @TheCoachJournal]

Crying he said, “Mom, I got cut.”

Pat Summitt's son was heartbroken, she was upset, but…

She didn't blame the coach. She didn't complain to the admin. She said, "Son, you didn't work hard enough. I guarantee if you wear out both of those basketballs, you'll make the team."

If you want to enhance your focus, meditate.

If you want to enhance your ability to regulate your autonomic responses, practice breathwork.

If you want to develop self-awareness and insight, journal.

If you want to build your resilience, take constructive risks.

BREAKING: Jon Stewart just completely destroyed Republican State Senator Nathan Dahm of Oklahoma on gun reform in America. Each and every point that Dahm tried to address was completely debunked by Stewart. Stewart made Dahm look as foolish as he and his republican colleagues really are.

My favorite quote was: “In every other place your life you want to bring order, but guns are the outlier for you.”

Let all your republican friends see this video! https://t.co/qOlU187LHx
