First, system-wide stuff. We go by either just "Ben and Claire" or BC, no preference. We are always co-con, and usually effectively co-fronting. We try to function as equal partners in daily life. We are a parogenic system. #pluralgang

It’s been a long time since we’ve been active here, but we have something to say publicly. We have screwed up badly and grievously hurt the Nightshades. Please give them any support they ask for to help deal with the fallout from our actions. For more details, see this thread.

So that this whole set of posts doesn’t itself get twisted into feeding our own emotional needs rather than creating space for the Nightshades to heal, we ask that people not praise or congratulate us for it in the replies. Posting this shouldn’t be a thing we get rewarded for.

Hopefully we will improve with continued therapy, healing and the passage of time, but for now you would be wise not to get involved on that basis. Especially if you are struggling yourself or prone to issues that would play into any of those problems.
