The final course of next week's Side By Side Dinner will feature @vanessavnyrd Syrah and mouthwatering Braised Bison Tortellini, Tiger Blue cheese, Canados demi glaze, and pan seared king oyster mushroom - come hungry (and thirsty)!
The hits keep coming: third course at next week's dinner features Grilled BC Leg of Lamb (creamed polenta, charred leek, onion mustard crema) and this complex 2016 Pinot Noir from acclaimed @Privatowine on the @KamWineTrail
The second course next week will feature the @WineAlign Platinum medal-winning Family Reserve Chardonnay from @Quails_Gate. Served w/ BC Spring Salmon "Chowder" (double smoked bacon, puffed salmon skin, prawn oil) it's a dish sure to impress!
