@Verizon I placed an order on April 7 and it still hasn’t shipped. I’ve contacted support multiple times and keep getting different answers with no resolution.

This is unacceptable. I need immediate escalation and a real solution, not another update. Please fix this.

As a 23 year veteran in the Travel Industry, this is NOT what I want to see when I walk into a hotel. If we would've had another option, our entire team would've moved hotels. So disappointing. The charges will be disputed on my card.

@HamptonByHilton this was my room this weekend at the Hampton Inn Manheim PA. It was filthy from the lobby furniture right down to my room, but the bathroom by far takes the cake. Unfortunately we were at a volleyball tournament and forced to stay at this property.
