Day 4 - Waiting for Blood Test

How do I view getting healthier ?

Most health advice is optimized for perfection, not real life.

But health has diminishing returns.

0 → 2 workouts/week = huge
2 → 7 = much smaller
Same with sleep, diet, steps.

Focus on the minimum effective dose:
– move a bit daily
– sleep enough
– eat mostly real food

Low effort. High impact. Consistent.

Day 2: Trying not to feel like shit
(still working on the title)

Today’s about the baseline—what I’m focusing on first:

1. Water — I don’t drink enough. Easy fix in theory, but consistency is the whole game here.

2. Exercise — not doing enough. I play a lot of pickleball and golf, but it’s not consistent or intentional.

2b. Stretching — need to do it more. Supposedly makes you feel good… we’ll find out.

My vices:

3. Nicotine — I love it. But it has a domino effect on everything: sleep, appetite, energy. I need to quit.
(also curious to track HR changes—I’ve seen nicotine mess with it before)

4. Weed — I smoke regularly. Not sure it’s the main issue, but it’s definitely a crutch I need to get under control.

5. Sleep — missed this in the video, but it’s a big one. Need consistency, a real schedule, and 8 hours.

That’s where I’m at.

Getting blood work done tomorrow, so we’ll see what’s going on under the hood.

So in an attempt to post videos and content, and also hold myself accountable to changing my habits and vices...
Im going to post a video everyday for the next 30 days.

I like numbers and data so Im going to be getting some tools to help my track my progress and where I am now.

Follow along to see what works and what doesnt.

TLDR the supabase connection is a real pain in the ass, i always bring a supabase db already made and its a almost impossible to have the system realize this and use my keys...
