.@North_Ayrshire is aware of the closure of the footbridge over the #RiverGarnock near #Valefield, Kilbirnie.
The bridge is not owned by the council, so it is not able to take action however the matter is being raised with the appropriate organisations to find a resolution.

Garnock Valley Community Councils have secured £17, 500 for each Community Council area in the Garnock Valley, a total of over £52,000!

Following concerns of youth disorder, Sgt Clark and his team were patrolling Beith & Dalry at the weekend. No repeat issues at Beith but Dalry had large crowds of youths causing concern. A male and female were arrested. CCTV is being reviewed and further arrests are expected.

We know that youth disorder is a concern across the Garnock Valley. The solution will not be quick or simply but along with @jbkilb @GarryTait @Anthea_Dickson @BeithTrust Cllr Reid & Kilbirnie CC we discussed the issues. Positive discussion & action points outlined #teamwork
