There are 2.5 years until the next general elections. It will only get tougher from here. The CJP protests have infused a remarkable amount of confidence and grit into the opposition, which had been on a ventilator for over 10 years. Cracks in the incumbent government’s processes are also starting to show and widen. No amount of strong infrastructure or foreign diplomacy can cover domestic shortfalls. Very interesting times ahead.

While the MumbaiTak interview with Atul Kulkarni was one of the good interviews I recently saw with many interesting themes, I was taken aback by the MumbaiTak’s reporters who more than a couple of times called the Govt. as a “regime”.

Hate the Govt. all you want but having them called by an adjective which usually are used for dictators or dynasties is objectionable. Please look into this. Media should be fair and neutral. We have an elected government in the country - same as we had for last 78 years.

Let me begin by saying in the age of OTT series being grand, fast, raw and at times forced to be “hatke”, Musafir Cafe is a relief! Extremely gentle, non-rushed way of story telling, premise so simple yet extremely engaging and soothing. You’ll find yourself smiling so many times through this. It has been ages since we have sat down to unwind with slow paced warm love stories with depth of life and its philosophy. Casting is top notch, the visuals and location, wow. Music heals along with the characters traversing through their lives and its nuances.
Vikrant Massey is finest at his art in this one, what an actor!

We are entering a potentially dangerous phase where Govt decisions and policies will be derived out of the severity of protests led by non elected group of folks with opportunistic political backing rather than consultation with policy experts and debating issues in house of parliament.
The same mistake cost Congress dearly in 2014.
