@JohnLewisRetail how far the mighty have fallen. I now rate JL as one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. Three weeks since big purchase arrived faulty and still JL not organised pick up and refund. In breach of consumer rights bill 2015. Small claims court?

@JohnLewisRetail what has happened to your good customer service? One off, I get, but four problems in a row is not good. £1200 on a faulty @NordicTrack and I've had to call five times and still nothing is sorted out. Come on! Don't lose your reputation for reliability!

@DrProudman Why is it allowed and is there anyone we can complain to that it is permitted?

@DrProudman Yes, why was this interview permitted? I do not see why anyone currently serving a sentence should be allowed to do press interviews themselves and again claim their innocence. This is because of her money and fame - it sells. Nothing to do with justice or the victims.

@Shrink_at_Large PIP forms are soul destroying. Took me three attempts over four years to complete it and I only managed after the wonderful help of my sister. I stayed in bed for two weeks after one attempt. Now I've helped a couple of other people do their forms. I got PIP. Do ask for help

@frogs4girls Oh we are a tribe! I remember reading that Wittgenstein used to lie in a bath each evening contemplating suicide. I try to remind myself of how pointless this is. I love that just before he died he said 'tell them I've had a wonderful life.' The dichotomy.

@Liviley Thank you for saying this. It is all very true for those of us who live with these thoughts. Once you have thought it, it is almost like you can never entirely unthink it; there is always the 'just in case', and I too have wonder what, how and where to access.

Has anyone else had the fabulous experience of contacting @Deliveroo because they have been given entirely the wrong order (apart from a £1.56 bag of crisps) and told they only get refunded the goods but not all the charges that amounted to £6?

@willnorman Lovely idea. And can we have bike number plates and a 'driving test' so everyone is accountable for the way they cycle and drive, plus bike 'taxis' for people who can't cycle themselves please, thank you.

@BalearicLion @willnorman Totally Pete. I want a 'greener' society, but a lof the the car and parking restrictions are making life even more difficult for people with disabilites. Nothing is being done to tackle this. There are many hundreds of thousands more people with disabilites than get blue badges

@bsport_io Please do not fall for the well taught sellers for Bsport. They do not know the software; it did not have the basic features I needed. Paid £2700 upfront for software I could not use as it did not have the ability in 2022 Jan to July for clients to book for all classes
