Important Update for $BMB Stakers:

When we designed the Beamable Network Protocol, our initial economic models assumed a faster path to our decentralized product vision than has materialized to date.

The continued provisioning of workloads through the on-chain protocol no longer aligns with the cost structure required at this stage of protocol development for our principal Worker Node operators, the game development software business, Beamable Inc.

In light of this, they will pause workload provisioning through the protocol while our foundation aligns on new economic models and incentives for Worker Node operators.

FOR $BMB STAKERS,

This means that there will be no USDC Rewards available to stakers, beginning on February 1st.

> $BMB Operational Rewards for Checker Node Operators will remain available.

Moving forward, The Beamable Network Foundation will remain focused on the path to executing our product vision and realizing the potential of compute capital markets.

We will provide regular progress updates as milestones are crossed, with particular respect to ongoing partnership communications that aim to provide new opportunities for the protocol.

It's great to officially announce our alignment with @icmdotrun. A bit of reflection on where we are and how we got here.

Our vision at Beamable has always been to make it easier for teams to create new and fun technology.

Today, that business runs the backend for Star Trek: Timelines and other well-known IPs like Dr. Who, The Office, FIFA, and some of the biggest Web3 Games.

Cloud Compute is a $1T industry. Every game, application, and website runs on compute. It's the oil of the internet.

Our model tackles the gaps created by industry domination from the tech giants, providing a more cost-efficient and resilient solution with proven reliability and scale.

$BMB token and Staking are live; the protocol is operational, our initial on-chain revenue has been seeded, and Node Operators (which help run and decentralize the protocol) are online.

Checker Node Rewards Capitalized!

License Holders can now operate their Checker Nodes and claim rewards for their protocol activity.

This is a MASSIVE milestone for the protocol, marking a major foundational step:

→ FIRST
We set up the on-chain protocol in conjunction with the $BMB TGE.

→ THEN
We moved the first workloads onto the protocol, our first on-chain recurring revenue inflow, putting us in the top 10 DePIN projects by daily revenue.

→ NOW
We've enabled the rewards pool for Checker Node Operators, who provide a critical function to the protocol by validating the operations of compute suppliers, called Worker Nodes.

→ TOMORROW
Checker Node Operators will see their vested token bonus for purchasing Checker Nodes before TGE. These tokens began vesting on 11/12. They can be claimed at any time, but early claims will result in a token penalty.

Checker Node Owners earn rewards through operations AND by staking $BMB.

By staking, Checker Node owners can earn an extra 5% revenue share from Worker Node pools, which are the on-chain revenue sources for the protocol.
