ToReminisce has attempted to solve the issue we’re addressing today internally, as to keep the ACEZ Fan Experience enjoyable — however we have decided the best thing to do is notify fans of who the person they’re supporting actually is.

Olly Quinn, a member of #dearALICE, has been able to easily overlook racist, ableist, etc. comments from a group of “fans,” no matter how much the information is brought to his attention.

This behavior has been a constant repetitive cycle since July. He will say it was an accident, say he will not do it again/management is handling the issue, then continue to interact with the problematic fan.

He claims to care about what fans feedback is — yet there is an audio recording of Olly speaking to a fan in private DMs, saying she is the only one who can handle issues within the fandom “normally,” insinuating that the fans who are calling him out for interacting with someone who displays vulgar behaviors is handling the situation over-dramatically/weirdly.

Keep in mind Olly was aware of every up-to-date username for the account, and seemingly brushes off fan-concerns when they’re not addressed in the way he’d like for them to be.

@zanasvault nothing done about it, rock that body seems to have been forgotten about, a fan is borderlining on stalker, It's hard to be interested in DA as a fan who just started looking into them further these past few weeks, I first saw em back in August 2024 & liked em alot.

@OWCavalry Why can i not buy the Solaris zen skin buy itself? I understand the category is 'OWL' but theyre reskins, the OGs aren't even here either. I aint spending £35 for 3 skins i dont care for. £16 for 1 is pushing it. but 4 for £35 aint a steal on my behalf its on blizzards.

@punkintyre_ Next season, some skins for characters are becoming hero level up rewards & are being removed from the hero gallery so no one can buy them. You get to keep those skins & have been refunded (in credits) money you spent of them.

@andolono @cocoadisanjh It shouldn’t deserve a perk, in my opinion it needs a buff, it can only drop off ledges that are 3m high or less & we know how small the meters are in game. You can be standing in any ledge in mid town & it doesn’t go down the ledge. Infuriates me
