I'm taking part in The Pushup Challenge, starting June 3rd and going until June 26th.
I'm 6ft3, and over the past 18 months I've lost 45kg, going from 130kg down to 85kg. Due to past injuries and a very sedentary lifestyle, I've lost a lot of muscle mass. So the challenge is going to be difficult. I'm aiming for a minimum of 75 pushups per day, every day, for the duration of the challenge.
