I haven't posted on X this year to focus what matters most, relationships. Its deliberate because I'm focusing on face-to-face, in person conversations. I still read others’ posts, but my priority is time with people, not the feed. #SomethingtoThinkAbout

"I've been lucky to be here 13 years. I just absolutely love this organization, this team... What gives me more juice than anything is that we've created this culture, this machine... What we're doing here is special." #ChiefsKingdom
Today is National Principal's Day. I just want to say thank you to all of my fellow principal's in Kansas and around the U.S. What we do is essential to the success of our schools, communities, the state and nation! @KSPrincipals@USAKansas@NAESP@NASSP
This week we recognize the amazing assistant principals we work with every day. The school’s AP works tirelessly on behalf of kids, of staff, and of parents.
Shout out your own AP by tagging @KSPrincipals and using the #APWEEK hashtag. Let’s hear it for our Assistant Principals!

Reading to kids doesn't just benefit them. It's good for parents too.
Evidence: Reading regularly to children improves parenting skills, reduces stress, and builds lasting bonds.
In a distracted world, sitting together with a book is a rare occasion for undivided attention.
I want to say thank you to my fellow Principals in KS and the nation for the tremendous efforts they do for their students, teachers and communities every single day! Our work is arduous, but worth it. Thank you Principals! #NationalPrincipalsMonth@KSPrincipals@NASSP@NAESP
