Forcible Confinement (Section 279(2)): It is an indictable offence to confine, imprison, or forcibly seize a person without lawful authority. Convictions carry a maximum penalty of up to 10 years in prison. If a medical certificate is known to be fraudulent, the "lawful authority" defense fails

Fabricating Evidence (Section 137): Any professional who intentionally falsifies psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, or clinical notes to justify an unlawful detention can be sentenced to up to 14 years in prison

Public Mischief (Section 140): Making false statements or accusations intended to cause an innocent person to be investigated or detained by the police is an offence carrying up to 5 years in prison.

Assault (Section 265/266): Administering chemical restraints (forced sedation) or physical restraints under a fraudulent medical pretext constitutes non-consensual force and qualifies as criminal assault

You getting value for money?

Meanwhile in Canada:
- Only G20 country in a recession
- Bankruptcies through the roof
- Nearly 60% of families have nothing left at the end of the month
- Same government still spending thousands on chocolate and luxury butter in Rome while refusing to admit reality

We’re not “contributing to society.”

We’re funding a lifestyle most of us will never afford.

This isn’t taxation.

This is extraction.
