@rajgoraayushi Hey ! See you have that card right which was given to you there , that is the proof. You can go to the centre where you took the jab & ask the police official to guide you to the registration place. You can re-register there from their database & then you will get the certificate

@xzahabiya @mybmc Yes I too noticed this. Day before yesterday I booked and was able to stay for a longer time on the app but today they have started the token expiry due to which the OTP comes late and by the time you fill in the details bammmm it's booked !
