BREAKING: Federal Civil Rights complaint filed against Tumwater School District in Washington in support of a brave 15 y/o girl who was forced to miss her final JV basketball game of the season--her deeply-held principles prevent her from competing against males in athletic competitions meant for females.

When she asked her school officials to help protect her Title IX rights, they refused. Instead, they're investigating her on bullying and harassment charges because she commented to the opposing team's player: "you're a man."

At @fairforall_org we applaud efforts to create welcoming and inclusive school environments- but we draw the line at sex-based discrimination in violation of Federal law. Title IX protects students based on their biological sex-- male or female--the end.

Trump bans class that teaches seniors how to avoid being scammed.

FBI presentation "Scams Targeting Seniors" had to be canceled by the Geauga County Family YMCA in Ohio — New Executive Order bans the FBI from doing any community outreach.

"Operation Level Up" began in January 2024 as the FBI’s proactive approach to reach out and educate communities about financial scams.

Their efforts have resulted in significant savings to victims. As of January 2025:

▪︎The FBI has notified 4,323 victims of cryptocurrency investment fraud.
▪︎76% of those victims were unaware they were being scammed.
▪︎The estimated savings to victims is $285,639,989.10
▪︎42 victims have been referred to an FBI victim specialist for suicide intervention.
