Inspired by @L6_Underground and this community, I'm excited to join you all.
I'm in the process of obtaining my Class 7 FFL to manufacture a domestically sourced 7075 billet lower with targeted enhancements for strength and function.
If there's interest from the community, I'm prepared to contribute beyond just my own builds—helping strengthen the platform and grow the community.
Looking forward to the journey ahead.
@HoffmanTactical The lack of capital is my problem.
While this truth pains my heart and undermines my business model, it gives me an idea to save money and make a better product.
Thanks
Now this is shaping up to be a lower receiver worthy of @L6_Underground and @RedRightHandLLC builds. Thank you @NotaGuntuber for the CAM lessons. Now it's time to make some soft-jaws!
I may have to give into the pressure. @NotaGuntuber is making some quality cuts on the Tormach. I'm still working on my CAM skills with the restrictive and relatively loose franken-CNC.
Virginia's assault weapons ban takes effect July 1st. PSA is running two full production shifts to meet demand. In-stock orders ship to Virginia through June 23rd. When freedom is under pressure, we step it up.

One side done. The holes are undersized and will be reamed out. I will be trying PLA+ soft jaws to get the other side done. Not bad for having to move it half way through.
@NotaGuntuber@L6_Underground It's a converted Central Machinery mini-mill. The Y travels are less than 4in so I have a fixture plate I can shift down to finish the buffer tube tower.
Much better than my last attempt. As you can see, the limits of this machine make me get creative. This has the geometry to accommodate the @L6_Underground extended bolt.
