11 عاماً على الرحيل، والذكرى لا تغيب

رحم الله من ترك في القلب فراغاً لا يملؤه أحد، وذكرى لا تُنسى، وأثراً لا يمحوه الغياب.

رحم الله راشد بن محمد، من رحل عن أعيننا وبقي في قلوبنا، وغاب عن الدنيا ولم تغب سيرته عن ذاكرتنا.

سنواتٌ تمضي، ويبقى بعض الغياب حاضراً كأنه الأمس، وتبقى الذكرى أجمل ما نملك لمن أحببناهم، وتبقى سيرتهم الطيبة حاضرةً كلما مرّ طيفهم على القلب.

اللهم ارحم راشد بن محمد رحمةً تليق بكرمك، واغفر له، وأنر قبره، وارفع مقامه في جناتك، واجعل له في كل دعاءٍ نصيبًا من الرحمة، وفي كل ذكرى نورًا، وفي الجنة مقامًا كريمًا.

اللهم اجعل ما تركه من أثرٍ طيب شاهداً له، واجعل ذكراه عطرةً لا يغيّرها مرور السنين، واكتب له من رحمتك ورضوانك ما يطمئن به مقامه، واجمعنا معه في رحمتك يا رب العالمين.

In line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to boost investment in infrastructure, I approved the New Fourth Corridor to strengthen Dubai’s road network and enhance connectivity with the UAE’s federal road network. Spanning 80 kilometres from Al Faya Road in Abu Dhabi to Al Shanouf Road in Sharjah, the corridor will feature 12 lanes in both directions, 72 bridges and 17 tunnels. It will reduce journey times by up to 60% and serve more than 3.1 million people, while connecting with Al Maktoum International Airport and Etihad Rail. The first phase, extending from Al Shanouf Road to Dubai-Al Ain Road, will cost AED 3.5 billion. This project reflects our continued commitment to investing in infrastructure as a driver of economic growth, a foundation for enhancing quality of life, and a key pillar of Dubai’s readiness for the future.

حمدان بن محمد يكرّم الجهات الحكومية وشبه الحكومية والخاصة الأكثر دعماً لبرنامج المورّد الإماراتي، الذي تديره مؤسسة محمد بن راشد لتنمية المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة، إحدى مؤسسات دائرة الاقتصاد والسياحة بدبي. وجاء المُكرّمون ضمن أبرز الجهات المساهمة في توفير فرص المشتريات من خلال البرنامج، ما أسهم في حصول المورّدين الإماراتيين على عقود تجاوزت قيمتها1.78 مليار درهم خلال عام 2025.

Hamdan bin Mohammed recognises the government, semi-government and private sector entities that provided the greatest support to the Emirati Supplier Programme, managed by the Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for Small and Medium Enterprises Development (Dubai SME), part of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). The recognised entities were among the highest contributors to procurement opportunities through the programme, enabling Emirati suppliers to secure contracts worth more than AED1.78 billion in 2025.

حمدان بن محمد يصدر قراراً بتشكيل مجلس إدارة مؤسسة صندوق المعرفة برئاسة أحمد عبدالكريم جلفار، ويضم المجلس في عضويته كلاً من: محمد عبدالله الشيباني، نائباً للرئيس، وممثل واحد عن كل من الجهات التالية: الأمانة العامة للمجلس التنفيذي لإمارة دبي، دائرة المالية، بلدية دبي، هيئة المعرفة والتنمية البشرية في دبي، إضافة إلى المدير التنفيذي لمؤسسة صندوق المعرفة.

Hamdan bin Mohammed forms the Board of Directors of Knowledge Fund Establishment, chaired by Ahmed Abdulkarim Julfar. According to the Resolution, Mohammed Abdulla Alshaibani will serve as Vice Chairman. The Board will include one representative from each of the following entities: the General Secretariat of the Executive Council of Dubai, the Department of Finance, Dubai Municipality and the Knowledge and Human Development Authority in Dubai, as well as the CEO of the Knowledge Fund Establishment.
