You can send them a message by logging in to your account on a desktop or mobile browser and hitting the pink chat icon in the bottom left.

Normally if you are not receiving a password reset email, it's because you don't have a password, and instead log in with your Google, Facebook or Apple account. Let me know if that doesn't fix it!
